it was funny, today Daniel Owen posts this video of Jarrett Jack tying his shoes in the middle of an NBA game, and he was saying that it was pathetic that he could do that and not have the defense go after him…
I set him straight telling him that they were holding for the last shot and he was wasting that time off anyway and wouldn’t attack until about 5 seconds…and then I educated him on some NBA defensive strategies to explain why you wouldn’t sprint at a fucking NBA player at the end of a quarter (you’ll get off balance and give up an easy basket…I think it’s pretty common sense actually) anyway, Daniel said I was probably right which I respect…BUT THEN, fucking Garrett Zimmer comes in and tries to talk down to me like I don’t know what I’m talking about and he does??? A fucking JV II summer league prospect?! I don’t think so…I clearly understand basketball more than anyone in Veneta and I’m not afraid to say it either…I don’t need people who didn’t even play in high school to tell me otherwise.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. When I saw that today, I was like “WTF DO YOU EVEN THINK YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT GARRETT” Yeah, some guy who gets paid millions of dollars and does this professionally is going to play basketball the EXACT same way a person would when they are first taught.
